• This contract is for a minimum of six months. You may cancel at any time.
• If you cancel the contract, you will forfeit promotional pricing for services and will not be eligible for a new contract until six months after cancellation. Meanwhile, if you require our services, they will be charged at the market rate.

Important!
Coverage: Once the hours covered by your Plan have expired, upon your prior approval, you will be charged an additional $60 for each subsequent hour. Payment must be made before the technician proceeds with the repair. If the paid hour runs out again, the same procedure will be followed.
Transferable hours: This means that if you did not use your Plan hours in a month, they can be transferred and added to the following month, avoiding additional costs for expired hours. If the subscription is cancelled, the available hours will be lost.
Support time: (Business hours) include 9:00am - 6:00pm (ET), Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included. The cost increases by 50% outside of business hours. (24/7) Covers all the time, at no additional cost.

To provide you with our remote services, a software will be installed that allows us, with your prior consent in each session, to remotely access your computer.

You will be able to observe in real-time the actions performed by our technician.

Our low-cost services are based on the hours covered by the purchased plan. If these hours expire, payment must be made before continuing with maintenance or repair in the subsequent hour. This ensures that you always have control over your expenses and eliminates the possibility of unexpected charges.

Remote access refers to the ability to connect to and use a computer or network from a location other than the physical site where the system is located. It allows users to access resources, data, and applications on a remote computer or network through a network connection, typically over the internet.

Yes. It requires 30 days prior notification from the client. No additional fees will apply. Once you have unsubscribed, if your plan includes the feature of "Transferable hours", any available hours you have, will be lost.

This means that if you did not use your Plan hours in a month, they can be transferred and added to the following month, avoiding additional costs for expired hours. If the subscription is cancelled, the available hours will be lost.
